EAR CANDLING
Ear Candling originated centuries ago by Egyptians. Its success spread to Greece, China and TODAY ear candling is practiced around the world!
It's simple and relaxing. There is absolutely no discomfort whatsoever to the person receiving the treatment. After first checking the ears, the person will lay on his / her side on a comfortable table and pillow. A hollow candle specially made for candling is used. The top of the candle is lit and the base of the candle (which narrows) is gently placed in the ear. After finishing with the first ear, the other ear will get the same treatment.
This highly successful treatment is proven for:
Allergies * Sinuses * Sore Throat * Chronic Headaches * Ear Aches * Swimmer's Ear * Hearing Improvement and More!
It's common to visit the dentist twice a year for dental health. An ear candling twice a year is good for your overall health. Enjoy a relaxing hour or so (depending on the number of candles needed) and be amazed at how all of your senses are more alive including hearing, taste, and smell.
Cost: $20 per candle (an average of 4 candles is used)

BALANCING BODY CHEMISTRY WITH HAIR TISSUE MINERAL ANALYSIS
What is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis? (HTMA)
HTMA is an analytical test which measures the mineral content of the hair. The sampled hair, obtained by cutting the first inch and one half of growth closest to the scalp at the nape of the neck, is prepared in a licensed clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures. Testing is then performed using highly sophisticated detection and equipment and methods to achieve the most accurate and precise results.
Why test for minerals?
Trace minerals are essential in countless metabolic functions in all phases of the life process. Zinc is involved in the production, storage, and secretion of insulin and is necessary for growth hormones. Magnesium is required for normal muscular function, especially the heart. A deficiency has been associated with an increased incidence of heart attacks, anxiety and nervousness. Potassium is critical for normal nutrient transport into the cell. A deficiency can result in weakness, depression and lethargy. Exess sodium is associated with hypertension, but adequate amounts are required for normal health. A HTMA can assist in providing your doctor with a more comprehensive picture on which to base the most appropriate therapy.
In the words of the late author and noted researcher, Dr. Henry Schroeder, trace elements (minerals) are "more important factors in the human nutrition than vitamins. The body can manufacture many vitamins, but it cannot produce necessary trace minerals or get rid of many possible excesses."
What can cause a mineral imbalance?
Diet, Stress, Medications, Pollution, Nutritional Supplements, Inherited Patterns
Did you know?
Excessive mineral intake can negate the beneficial effects of vitamins, for example:
- Zinc can reduce the beneficial effect of vitamin D
- Calcium can reduce the beneficial effect of vitamin A
Excessive vitamin intake can negate the beneficial effects of minerals, for example:
- Vitamin C can reduce the beneficial effect of copper
- Vitamin D can cause a deficiency of magnesium
Other facts:
- Taking too much iron can contribute to such symptoms as arthritis, high blood pressure and tension headaches with dizziness.
- Frontal headaches (behind the eyes) are associated with too much copper.
- Taking too much calcium alone can contribute to osteoporosis, weight gain and fatigue.
- Toxic metals can contribute to learning disabilities in children.
- Calcium loss from the body can become so advanced that severe osteoporosis can develop without any appreciable changes noted in the calcium levels in a blood test.
- Symptoms of iron deficiency can be present long before low iron levels can be detected in the serum
HTMA Computer Designed Reports
Each test report will provide you with the most complete and comprehensive computer evaluation of significant mineral levels and ratios as tested in the hair. Included is a listing of foods to eat or to avoid in accordance with food allergy indicators and individualized requirements. In addition, each analysis contains a highly specific listing of nutrients that may assist in balancing body chemistry. I'm with you every step of the way!
"Through proper interpretation, there exists a unique ability to recognize abnormal metabolic processes from trace minderal patterns found in the hair and other tissues. With specific dietary modifications, restoration of a more normal biochemical balance can be achieved, thereby eliminating many nutritionally related endocrine, neurological and even emotional disturbances." -David L. Watts, Ph.D.
Many symptoms are associated with mineral and vitamin deficiencies and/or excesses, such as: Headaches * Allergies * Anxiety * Depression * Weakness * Arthritis * High Blood Pressure
Cost: $100
Hair collection takes about 15 minutes and the sample (about 1 Tbsp) is taken from several spots on the head (you won't see that a sample was taken). There are simple instructions to prepare and when the results come back about 2 weeks later, you'll receive a copy and I will also. From there we'll set a time to discuss the results over the phone.

ACCESS TO NUTRITIONAL EDUCATIONAL BLOOD ANALYSIS
What is Nutritional Educational Blood Analysis?
With every heart beat, a gushing river of bright red liquid travels through about 60,000 miles of blood vessels inside the body. Each adult body contains about 12 pounds of blood, teeming with a variety of cells and nutrients including red and white blood cells, platelets, lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, enzymes, hormones, antibodies, and the list goes on. These components are present in a precise ration, and any abonormal change in the concentration of one of them can create a crisis that can have an impact on your overall health and total well being. A nutritional blood analysis is a test of a single drop of live blood placed under a high-powered microscope. Standardized in 1994, this test uses a precise graphing and counting method known as the Tracy Method. this 30 minute test can pinpoint over 27 nutritional deficiencies.
What Blood Reveals!
"Leaky Gut" and other digestion problems / Bacterial infections / Cell malformations / Colon, liver or kidney toxins / Congested gall bladder / Free radical damage / Liver stress / Low iron levels, poor absorption of iron / Low oxygen levels / Malnourished or dehydrated cells / Nutrient deficiencies: B12, folic acid, etc. / Parasites inside red blood cells / Poor fat metabolism / Poor sugar and carbohydrate assimilation / Suppressed or depressed immunity / Undigested protein (gout, uric acid crystals) / Yeast and Fungal growiths
Other Tests Available:
Blood Typing / Liver Enzymes / Hemoglobin Levels / A1c sugar check / Thyroid TSH / hsCRP (C-Reactive Protein) / Vitamin D3 / Bone Density Nutritional Analysis / Cholesterol and Lipid Profile / Female or Male or Cortisol Hormone Check (via saliva samples)
